Warranty conditions

The warranty period according to IMS MERILNI SISTEMI d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the distributor-supplier) begins to run from the date on the shipping invoice.

During the warranty period, the distributor will remove hardware defects free of charge that are the result of defects in the material or in the production of the product.

The buyer is obliged to immediately report the defect to the distributor and hand over the equipment he is advertising along with the relevant documentation – the invoice. The equipment must be delivered in the original or appropriate packaging. The cost of transportation to the distributor is borne by the buyer.

The distributor reserves the right to repair or replace requested parts. For repairs lasting up to 30 days, the distributor accepts an extension of the warranty period. If the distributor cannot remedy the defect within 45 (forty-five) days, he is obliged to replace the product with a new one. The distributor is not responsible if it fails to provide service or parts due to reasons beyond its control. The distributor is not obliged to start repairing or replacing the product until the customer has fulfilled all obligations from the equipment purchase agreement. The distributor ensures and warrants that all Software conforms to the Software Specifications. Any duplication or lending of the software is prohibited.

The warranty is not valid in the following cases:

  • If the user did not follow the manufacturer’s instructions for using the device.
  • That the product has been tampered with without the permission of the distributor.
  • In case of force majeure.
  • That the cause of the malfunction is connected equipment from other manufacturers.
